Hi everyone with the season coming up quickly thought I’d make everyone aware what we intend to offer at OBCC this summer as additional coaching for our junior players.
From Monday to Friday from 3.00 till 6.30 we will be offering 121 coaching sessions which will cover every aspect of the skills required in the game.
Sessions can be 30 minutes or 60 minutes in duration depending on your cricketers requirements.
We have many youngsters in the club wanting to transition from soft ball to hard ball cricket and these are a perfect vehicle to build confidence and the skills required for hard ball cricket.
Also we are looking at trialing an hour long session once a week for group coaching for these younger players using games and group activities to develop skills and game awareness needed for hard ball cricket.

During the Easter Holiday we are thinking of running a 2 day introduction to hard ball course to as we have identified the enthusiasm from our budding stars to learn the game and feel this would be an ideal opportunity to get a head start for the 2023 season.
