Having had a few hours to reflect how much we have grown in 12 months…..
Yesterday lost the toss battled to a score with The top order getting us in it then Badders and Dylan getting us out of sight
Then DL comes in with Madders in their side advantage Ticknall…
Once again we come out banging and Sam knocks the the top 3 out and all round we restrict them and take the day
Today we rode into HELL lost the toss on a wicket older than me, they have 3 spinners ……
We come out pumping as a group and Dylan sets the tone which is followed by Youngy and Mylo.
Oscar comes of age as he removes Bilal with a beast of a delivery 12 months after he was barged out the way by the same player!!!
Then “Iceman Conners” removes 4 to restrict them.
Youngy again made some great decisions the pick being bringing fine leg up and putting in 2 backward points which brought about a wicket next ball as the batsman tried to hit it extra hard to beat those 2 men, bottom edge “bang poles “
Then still a challenge to chase a low score…
Hibba and Macca took it away in 10 overs….
When we looked like wobbling “Iceman” brought it home
Our fielding was the difference top class everyone !!!
As I said an empty vessel makes a lot of noise …..
Actions speak louder !!!
At the end of the game it was deafening

All through the club the noise is building , Benno, CBM, Jamaal…….
